I understand that baseball/soccer can be a risky sport with injuries occurring occasionally.  I will not hold the Tapps Island Association of the Little Islanders liable, nor any coaches or other volunteers liable for any injury that may befall my child.  In order for your child to play on a Mighty Islander team you must download and sign a waiver .  This form should  be given to you by your child's coach at the first practice or mail it in with your payment.
