The Mighty Islanders is a non-profit, community based program for children ages 4-8. Local businesses may sponsor a team for a fee of $100. The business name is printed on the team's shirt backs. The sponsor also receives a team photo and a plaque at the end of the season. If the sponsor has a child playing on a Mighty Islander team, the child's registration fee is waived.
h?Our coaches are volunteers and therefore choose the day of the week and times for practices based on their availability. If the coach has a child playing on a Mighty Islander team, the child's registration fee is waived.
There is no required uniform, however team shirts are included in the registration fee. Most children wear sweats or shorts along with cleats or sneakers. Orders for team shirts are placed 3 weeks prior to the first game. Please have your child registered and registration fee paid prior to this date.
Sizes: XS (4) S (6-8) M (10-12) L (12-14)
$45 for residents of Tapps Island. $50 for non-residents. (this is due to liability insurance paid through the homeowners association) Registration fees may be paid via PayPal online or checks may be mailed to :

Each team will practice one night per week at a time determined by your head coach. Games are held on Saturday mornings. Click on the schedule link to see your scheduled game time(s).
The district does not sponsor the event and the district assumes no responsibility for it. In consideration for the privilege to distribute materials, the Dieringer school District shall be held harmless from any cause of action filed in any court or administrative tribunal arising or of the distribution of these materials, including costs, attorney's fees and judgments or awards.
